Our Story
The Urban Eve story began more than a decade ago when the first location opened in Lake Jackson, Texas, in August of 2006, just a small, four-chair salon with the dream of making a difference in the beauty industry. In 2015 we expanded and opened up our location in Medina, Minnesota. Now, nearly 15 years later, we have grown into a multi-location salon company, thanks to great mentors and our amazing team.
Our mission at Urban Eve is to help people feel beautiful from the inside out by using our talents and training future leaders to pass it on. This isn’t something that’s just printed on a poster hanging on a wall. It’s something that we truly believe in and live by.
As a company, our hope is that when you walk through our salon doors you feel completely seen, heard, and cared for.
We exist and walk daily focusing on all of these as our guiding principles.

The core of our culture is being difference makers. We believe when “much is given … much is expected.” We exist to leave a legacy and an impact…from our guests feeling beautiful to making a difference in someone’s life on our team, in our community, and around the world.
As a Green Circle Salon we recycle all of our foils, extra color, color tubes and bottles, paper, plastic and even hair. As a result, we can divert almost 95% of our salon waste from our landfills.

Stylist Associate
Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in all areas including technical skills, guest relationships and management, and business building. Our associates work one-on-one with one of our dedicated service providers to grow into a career hair stylist. Just like our stylists, our Associate Program has a performance based level system.
Our salon company provides an environment of growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that every associate finishes our program with the tools for a seamless transition into a career with us as a full-time career stylist. Our goal is to facilitate your readiness and be your launching place for a successful career in the salon industry.
We are always on the lookout for associates with passion for starting a career in the beauty industry, a willingness to learn, and to be trained and coached.
Guest Services (Front Desk & Boutique)
Our guest service experts are responsible for maintaining our salon front of the house and boutique. This includes first and foremost providing our clientele with a friendly and seamless experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and home hair care options. We offer competitive wages plus boutique sale commissions. Urban Eve is the perfect place to start your career in the beauty and fashion industry.
