Our associates work one-on-one with one of our dedicated service providers to grow into a career hair stylist. Just like our stylists, our Associate Program has a performance based level system.

Our guest service experts are responsible for maintaining our salon front of the house and boutique. This includes first and foremost providing our clientele with a friendly and seamless experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and home hair care options. We offer competitive wages plus boutique sale commissions.
